30-Day First Order Support Policy
If you are not satisfied with your first order of DeepSleep Heal™, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery to request support regarding your purchase.
Approved refunds apply to the first order only and may cover the product cost, excluding shipping fees, taxes, duties, or any additional delivery-related charges.

First Order Only
Our 30-day refund support applies only to a customer’s first purchase of DeepSleep Heal™.

This policy is designed to give first-time customers the opportunity to try DeepSleep Heal™ while maintaining fairness and product safety standards.
Returns
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for customer safety, we do not accept physical returns of DeepSleep Heal™ once the product has left our fulfillment center.
This applies even if the product is unopened, unused, or sealed, because wellness products cannot be reused, resold, or restocked after shipment.
You do not need to send the product back in order to request a first-order refund review.
Shipping, Taxes, and Duties
Shipping fees, taxes, duties, VAT, customs fees, and other delivery-related charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the refund will apply only to the eligible product cost and will be issued back to the original payment method when possible.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, EternalBliss LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues outside of our control.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check your delivery area, mailbox, front desk, building office, neighbors, or household members.
You may also need to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a missing package claim.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible after checkout.

Subscription Orders
If EternalBliss LLC offers subscriptions in the future, customers will be responsible for managing, skipping, rescheduling, or canceling their subscription before the next billing date.
Canceling a subscription does not cancel an order that has already been processed, billed, or shipped.
Refunds for subscription orders, if applicable, will only apply to the first subscription order within the 30-day first-order support window.
Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved, please allow 2–5 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Chargebacks

Filing a false or misleading chargeback after receiving a product may result in EternalBliss LLC disputing the chargeback with supporting order, shipping, and delivery records.
